Ladislav works as Audit Director in Grant Thornton Bratislava. He worked as audit assistant, audit manager and later as auditor in multinational audit companies. He has experiences in the field of audit, accounting and related advisory. His clients’ portfolio consists of manufacturing, trading and service companies.
In the field of audit he participated on audits of financial statements according to the Slovak legislation and audits of financial statements according to the IFRS in medium- and large- sized companies.
He also participated on due diligence projects for several multinational companies interested in investing in Slovak republic.
Ladislav has a lot of experience with audit according to the International Standards on Auditing. He is experienced in audit of financial statements according to the IFRS as well as in due diligence projects.
He graduated from the Faculty of finance at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica in 2004. He has been a member of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors since 2005. In 2011, he became a certified auditor and Oversight Authority for Audit Performance issued him the licence.
