Quality validation processes drive the credibility of the information provided. We perform statutory or voluntary audits in compliance with the International Auditing Standards and Guidelines of the Chamber of Auditors of the Slovak Republic. We audit financial statements drawn up in compliance with Slovak and international accounting standards.

Audit of consolidated financial statements

We audit consolidated financial statements prepared in compliance with Slovak or international accounting standards for groups of companies. We also perform validation of consolidation packages for the group auditor.

Review of financial statements

The review effectively verifies key information with an adequate amount of time and resources. In addition to the regular financial statements, we also verify the interim financial statements in compliance with legislative requirements.

Audit of reported sustainability information

As of 2024, the CSRD directive enters into Slovak legislation. It provisions the obligation to compile and audit the reported sustainability information. We perform validation of the reported sustainability information compiled under the ESRS reporting standards.
